Develops and maintains good working relationships with clients, primarily insurance companies and direct clients.

Introduces new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with clients
Delivers good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients, brokers and third parties
Maintains detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues
Ensures credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors' products
Works with underwriters to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demand.
Attends regular training sessions to acquire adequate product knowledge. It is mandatory that you are knowledgeable about the regulatory requirements of both Dubai health Authority (DHA) and Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD)
